Absolutely unbelievable

Junkfood Science: No fat people allowed: Only the slim will be allowed to dine in public!

Apparently this bill is serious. "An act to prohibit certain food establishments from serving food to any person who is obese, based on criteria prescribed by the state department of health;"

I can't see it passing, but the fact that anyone could even propose it with a straight face is a little bit frightening.
